Oliver Lovat

Oliver is CEO of The Denstone Group, which offers strategic consultancy on hospitality and casino focused real estate. Since 2015 he has been based in Las Vegas.


In addition to consultancy, teaching, lecturing and speaking, he writes in-depth features selected industry publications and magazines, and has a selection of research papers on strategic trends in Las Vegas and gaming.


Oliver holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment, and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Strategy; his MBA thesis and research explored  Strategic Competitive Advantage in Las Vegas Casinos, and  further research on customer behavior and trends. He lectures on this topic at Bayes Business School, City, University of London and The UNLV, among others.

Denstone was established in 2011 in London, to provide investment and development consultancy, One of the founders, Oliver Lovat, moved to the USA in 2015 to focus on strategy and development of casino and hospitality assets, and has subsequently advised some of the largest hospitality groups in e world on iconic projects.
